TR established itself as an international benchmark and a top global player in the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) sector, boasting over 20 GW in projects. Leveraging its deep expertise and strong OEM partnerships, TR is positioned as a trusted partner for integrating future energy technologies, including hydrogen and carbon capture.

OCGTs (Open Cycles) are suited for maximum power generation flexibility with a reduced CAPEX exposition for those applications with a reduced number of operating hours per year.

We also count with the experience in converting OCGTs into fully operational CCGTs. TR has performed this type of plants with aero derivative gas turbines, for those very quick-start implementations, or with heavy duty turbines, dual fuel, for cold reserves.

TR provides solutions with reciprocating engines. Solutions using exhaust heat for cogeneration or combined cycle operation can be implemented.

 

The high level of efficiency in full or partial load operations and the short start up periods with very low emissions are some of the key features of these plants that can play an important role in decentralized generation.

Our long track record in executing projects in industrial environments allow us to provide solutions with different technologies.

 

The experience of our team supports TR’s ability to design and construct plants where the reliability of the power, steam or water production is paramount for our customer’s business.

Currently, TR’s total installed capacity is close to 1,000,000 m3/d, distributed in different facilities and parts of the world (Spain, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Peru or Algeria).

We are able to cover the full project, from design to operation and maintenance, in a turn key basis development and meeting the tighest schedules.

TR is able to offer a complete solution, for both industrial and urban clients, supported by the most appropriate technologies to reduce the environmental impact, and according to local regulation to close the full waste water cycle.
